I have been on a Mobility Pension since 2005. I have changed jobs a few times but kept the same pension plan. Should I have been switched to a different pension when I changed jobs?

I think it’s always based on your hire in company. Never heard of it changing as you change jobs.
Not to worry. Pensions have now been moved for lower level managers across the board.
