I get eight godda-n days. Half of my team, who started around the same time, get a month. It’s cool.

I've heard if you take more than 30 days off in a year, it's a red flag
Its unlimited PTO but companies don't stay in business if employees don't work, so managers need to approve. Generally, 2 concurrent weeks is the limit to avoid business impact or put stress on people covering. I've seen people take up to 6 weeks spread across the year.
I’ve taken four weeks
Be generous to yourself. At least 4 weeks though. I've taken 6
Unlimited PTO on paper, but that's all a ploye to avoid paying out unused vacation time when people leave the company.
You'll notice the paperwork says your PTO is subject to management approval. What manager is going to approve unlimited PTO?! It's all legal maneuvering and an insult to our intelligence to call it unlimited.
If you need extended time off, befriend a proper doctor and get that FMLA and work accommodations documentation on deck for when needed. Unfortunately, this company loves to push people's limits and force their hand. Don't be afraid to ball up your hand into a proverbial fist and do what you have to do while protecting yourself. They could use a few proverbial whacks to the head.
It’s deliberately vaque on purpose
It is no longer unlimited and HR can’t give a clear policy
Depends on your grade and how long you’ve been here. Grades 9 and up I think are unlimited PTO. Rumors are this is soft capped, but who really knows.
