Any new update on what happens next? No townhall or meeting scheduled in my area yet. Hopefully this is a good thing. I guess we’ll wait and see what happens.

When will we hear of the lay offs in the c &s provider services side, and team lead rolls? This is brutal seems like we should have all left when it was offered they are just leaving nothing left at all it seems so brutal.
So the big announcement is more jobs being eliminated. Wow what a way to keep the morale up.
Team leads? I hope we hear something soon because this unknowing is brutal to worry about. Is this in a member facing roles?
So laying off team leads? Wow and the call volume is not like it once was you can tell they have moved calls other places.
Team lead positions are being eliminated effective 6/1 in C&S Ops. Some will be moved into production roles. Others, new teams. My source was unsure if anyone was being laid off. Announcements are coming starting tomorrow (5/12).
