Managers in US Don't Speak English In US

I do not understand what is expected of me to do my job because managers speak very bad English in the US but the speak their native languag to other employees. Tell me how to approach this without sounding racist to management or to my manager.

Maybe learn to speak English yourself first.

@bd+1jt0d0jy3 I am also wondering. Can anyone chime in? I understand certain type of people are more prevalent in IT. I want to work in a more global team environment that does not consist of just 2 countries.

@an+1jt0d0jy3 This is so true. Seen this on my team. Non Indians are replaced by Indians and then get special treatment. Not to mention most senior people + directors are Indian. Thought this was a country for American people….

Does anyone know of any companies where it is more diverse? Like not just one group of people running everything? Not trying to be racist.

And they only promote their own. You'll see totally unqualified people move from grunt worker to manager to director despite being the most incompetent people alive.

With the majority of people being Indian, English is no longer the prominent language here
