CenterWell is going to have a major change in leadership again. If you are management in any form, best be on the lookout for a new job. The Medicare side of Humana will inform this change.

This is the buzzword for the newest group hired to lead CW through to greatness by repeating history, never learning from it. "Inform." One leader uses it and the others parrot it as if to identify (or inform, lmao) others of their alliance. I'm thinking of going back to Frontline nursing, that's how bad it is.
"Inform this change" from the original post seems like the use of the current buzzwords of "inform the,...." used by a select few in CW leadership. I believe this post was written by leadership which is wonderful because the current lineup of leadership is incompetent at best and dangerously arrogant at worst. CW has turned over multiple times in the past 4 years, let's get to it, one more won't hurt.
What do they have going on now?
The problem is by the time the people who can terminate the clueless ones are aware, everyone is fried or quits.
