Is it safe to say that after a week to pack it up and keep looking? How long did it take you to get a job offer?

Have you not read what it is like working here? Do you have other options? If so take them and avoid this dumpster fire.

Different teams even in the same department approach interviews differently with how many interviews and how many people in the interviews. We have hired people and it take longer than a week. The recruiters are very busy. I would not throw in the towel yet. I would just you continue interviewing and find the best opportunity for you.
