Does anyone have inside scoop on when the next surplus is to occur?

I have a 30 minute call scheduled today about wave 3 update. Since today is the last day of the month I am assuming that will mean May 15th would be my last day on payroll.
Heard today to expect to see the forced reductions continue almost monthly around the corporation but in different organizations.
They’ve also deployed generative ai and it’s about to take a lot of jobs. We’re going to witness machines take our jobs in real time.
