This place has drained a part of my soul. It’s made me want to leave the industry entirely and pursue something that actually makes a positive difference in people’s lives.

Same here. I am just over it. Tired of being punished for doing my job but being told you’re not doing your job. We make countless outbound calls a day, no one answers. Members are getting annoyed and have been for years. Been with the company almost 10 years and the raises are next to nothing anymore too!
Go do something that gives you joy!
I totally relate to feeling like my soul has been drained. Something inside me seems gone, not sure I'll ever get it back.

OMG- I could have written this. I have been in this industry for over 20 years, and I am just done.
