They made this place so cr-ppy and toxic that people are leaving in droves. Why pay severance when you can get us to leave on our own?

That is the plan from the plastic heads above. Make your life so miserable that you will resign or retire. It has become extremely toxic to work at AT&T.
What a disgraceful company to be working for! I can't wait to leave this insane asylum over the next couple of months! This culture has become so toxic that people are actually learning the grass is certainly greener outside of this cesspool! Save yourself, just leave on your own. Don't let T sweat you!

I also dooes at such of time, leave volumtsily. Even i dooes not know meaning of said volumtsily but it dooes sound like nest of time to leave.
I think that is what Jeffie was tasked with, making the day to day work life abysmal. He probably has exceeded the goals given to him, which I am sure has put him in good standing with JTS and the board.
