For the past year, we’ve had so many shuffles with our management in G&A i.e, AI implementations etc bogus metric changes etc.
After the 2 weeks of going back and forth 2 therapy sessions, I took the buyout. I would have been with UHC for 20yrs on 5/9/25. My last day is 5/1/25. I know I would have been let go had I decide to stay. This company has mentally drained me to the core. In my state I believe the max for unemployment is like $190 or some sh@t like that. So taking the buyout was a no brainer.
I just find it weird how everyone’s been so hush hush about who’s leaving on 5/1, both my managers went on medical leave and were under new people. No one has said a 🐥.

Agreed. The company culture was absurd in Illinois; folks who were out had perspective and detoxed from the toxicity. Never looking back. My friends that stayed are being ground to a pulp.
