Once Wave 3 is complete on April 28, there we will be implementing Streams.
Each VP will have a ‘Responsibility Stream’
The Responsibility Streams will be in competition with other VP Streams.
The concept was explained like the carnival game where each player has a squirt g-n and shoots the stream into the mouth of a clown, causing a balloon to fill up or a car to race up to the top. In the case of the VP Responsibility Streams, each VP will be responsible for their stream reaching corporate layoff goals. They will be pi$$ing employees out of their proverbial wieners in a continuous stream. Incentives are lucrative.
