What are the views, opinions, and instable rumors out there about US Bank taking over Truist's 28th floor in the flagship office?
I'd like an AVP perspective on this.

They’re on others floors in the building so what’s another
JLL is the property management company. It’s a vendor of Truist, not part of Truist. US Bank has always had space in that building. And who knows, maybe they will M&A with Truist, but that’s a long ways away. And doesn’t US Bank have a new horrible CEO? Read their page. Sounds 10x worse than Truist BS.
How is JLL part of Truist now? they're a building management company
Here we go again with US Bank rumors. Doesn’t it make 2 years you keep posting this exact thing?
US Bank has always been a tenant in that building. They were originally on the 36th floor and was tenants in the building when it was called the Hearst Tower. My take is they share a floor with JLL so now that JLL is apart of Truist it would only make since for them to move to another floor.
Replying to the doubtful person below: it is 100% true. They kicked out EDA to Cascade to free up the space.
Backdoor Bill likes all fours on the floor. That’s all I know. #backdoorbill
It’s my opinion that this isn’t true.
My opinion is that some company will buy us someday. But not now. The buyer is patiently waiting for Bill and crew to continue their destruction and Truist will get purchased when the stock is in the low $20’s and we are nothing but a shell.
Look at all the destruction that has occurred in just five years. Three years from now this place will be nothing but a bad memory. Ignorant, arrogant, and power hungry are all bad individually for any leader. Put them all together and i think most of you know what you end up with. If not, here is a hint, look to the top of this organization.
It’s the pre-merger work with them a secret floor
I wish I was an AVP, haven’t had that success yet, getting close to retirement so I hope it happens soon. Until then I will just keep my view of the Uptown skyline.
