“Bedminster is leased just like the 4 buildings in Middletown they are vacating to get into the one they own.”

Wrong, ATT owns all 5 buildings in Middletown. Always have.

Yes, AT&T, through its affiliate AT Middletown NJ Landlord LLC, owns the entire property located at 200 Laurel Avenue in Middletown, New Jersey. This property encompasses a single parcel identified as Block 795, Lot 5.01, covering approximately 253 acres and featuring over 1.8 million square feet of commercial office space. The complex includes multiple buildings, such as AT&T Information Systems Buildings C and D, as well as a corporate research center.

The entire site was acquired by AT Middletown NJ Landlord LLC for $100 million in 2012 and has since been assessed at over $150 million. While the property is leased to AT&T under a long-term agreement, the ownership remains with the LLC. There is no public record indicating that the buildings are individually owned or subdivided; they are part of the same parcel and under unified ownership.

Half of it does, the other half is remodeled

Remodeled is being nice. Call it what is is, the are knocking down all the wall sso they can cram people into cubes in giant open space. That's how they are trying to fit 4 additional buildings worth of people and labs into one.

And when they are done getting all the Middletown people moved, count on Bedminster people to be forced in also. Same history as what they did to the supposed "Redmond" part of that hub and craming them into Bothell. Bedminster is leased just like the 4 buildings in Middletown they are vacating to get into the one they own.

“Been long time since I visited the Middletown location. Does it still look like you stepped straight into 1977? What a dump.”

Half of it does, the other half is remodeled and ready for everyone in NJ to come on down!

Everyone knows this will be the last office standing in NJ.

“Says the guy who is actually targeted, already sitting in Middletown. 🤣”

That’s funny, because I actually heard it’s the other way around. Those coming in now, might not even make it passed Monday.
