Do they even know that people are leaving by the numbers? No back fill approved. I have people doing 4 different positions and more are leaving in the coming weeks.

Yes, banks pay if they leave before their contract is up. If their contract is ending soon, they can send a non-renewal & termination letters and not have to pay.

Always wondered this, do banks need to pay when they leave regardless if they fulfill the full contract term, or is that only if they leave early? Maybe fees are all tied to the act of Deconversion?
They care that it is taking so long for you to leave as well.
Banks have to pay Fiserv significant money to leave their contracts. By convincing banks to leave, fiserv can show growing revenue. Growing revenue means that senior leadership gets big bonuses.
They are making the products and customer service terrible on purpose. The worse Fiserv is to our customers the more money senior leadership gets.
Train your Indian replacement before you leave.
Don't worry there will be replacements for them. Just won't be here in the US.
