Fiserv or NCR?

I've worked at Fiserv for ten years. I worked for NCR for two years a decade or so ago. Run as fast as you can to NCR and take that job.

From what I've been told, things at NCR are rough now too. I know people who work there and declined an offer based on their feedback of the current environment. I decided to stick with the devil I know a little longer, until I find something better. I am hopeful some of Fiserv's more stringent policies will eventually be relaxed under Mike whenever Frank leaves.

Does NCR require 9 hours in office and track it with badge reports? Do they track your computer activity with Sapience?
