I am sorry to all the people who were laid off due to UHC lack of ethics, morality and loyalty to the people who they employee to serve their members. IF employees of UHC and UHG formed a UNION a lot of this bullsh*t would stop. I think there needs to be a formation of a healthcare workers union to halt this RIF and other cr-p to terminate others employment. You need to locate employees who are eager, contact a labor attorney, NLRB and unionize. This should have happened 20 years ago. UHC is wrong for their bull and it needs to be stopped.

a no off shore clause. Some already have it. But again, we KNOW that isn't being enforced
I don’t think it would even help in this economy many federal jobs had unions and it didn’t stop any mass layoffs at all they are still fighting the government for their jobs I know because my husband works in government and lost his job now I’m losing mine at United Healthcare
A company does NOT have to offer a union. The people can form one and protected uner the NLRA.
You do realize you don't form a Union the company has to offer it and they don't at a hourly pay grade at uhc. I know there is one for sups .

Many are already unionized through CWA, 1199SEIU, SEIU-UHW.
