Lots of ELT legal leaders that were marginal performers for decades finally were asked to leave but they are hiding it as retirement since they all have cushy predetermined two year severance agreements. They were making well over $1 million a year with heavy stock grants and large bonuses. Yet we got 1% this year and sh-t bonuses! And the scheduled severance for us little people when we get cut is a joke. Can I have two years severance when you let me go?
