Tired of the layoffs while execs keep getting paid? You can vote against executive compensation on May 15th. All shareholders including employees can vote. They don’t want you to know about it. You can find the meeting invite on the investors.att.com website under News & Events.

Not a chance individual voters will have any pull. The entire corporate board structure is so rigged now. It is basically a "good ole boys" network where they trade off board positions with each others companies.
"The executives own so many shares"
It's not even them...
It's institutions, like hedge funds, mutual funds, and investment banks. The blocks they own are far larger than the executives and they have far different objectives than employees might.
Pay the man
it's usually a non-binding vote
The executives own so many shares
I as an at&t shareholder have voted against their compensation packages for years. They stack the board of directors with yes men and women. It is rigged!
It sounds like a good idea, but as mentioned in other comments, individual investors have zero pull over institutions.
Yes across the vote for impactful leadership.
lol who is still d-mb enough to own stock? Sell that cr-p as soon as it lands in your 401k. The top 10 stockholders make all the voting decisions. Send your concerns to Larry Fink.
Worth a shot. Yes they need to stop getting huge pay raises while the rest of us are getting next to nothing every year.
