What other departments/organizations are going through 5 reorganizations since last July?

Centerwell has had many reorgs in the short time I've worked there. It's like a cycle of 8 months, out with the old and in with the new. Centerwell has no stability.
If they would stop hiring cr-ppy leadership, this wouldn't happen. Leadership is the problem in this organization.
Reorgs are constant. It’s so tiresome.
