Almost miss the days of knowing the regulars in the NOC or IT depts.
After IT realignment meltdown, easy issue tickets could take weeks to resolve and yet a former member of that team could resolve in 5 mins or less.
Contracting and losing all that knowledge and driving other solid workers away with mismanagement and just filled with box checkers opposed to one’s that care about the network truly anymore.

The NOC can't even figure out what day it is! I have not talked to and have been contacted by the NOC in years. Frankly, I don't even know if the NOC is still in business.
Better to condense the directors that don’t show their faces.
