That employee survey felt engineered to avoid difficult questions. Notice they didn’t have a way for us to rate the elt. My direct leadership up to my VP are good, ELT is where the sh-t show happens but we couldn’t provide that feedback.
That survey is a joke. I know of many people who let it all out and told OT how they really felt last year. Then low and behold, survey results showed everything was fantastic and everyone was happy.

Also interesting that they sent the survey to employees a couple of weeks before the layoffs. They wanted to make sure the survey didn’t immortalize their incompetence.
