They all still get to WFH. It’s just the serfs and peeons that need to come into the office. It’s a typical case of do as I say and not as I do. Therefore culture will continue to su-k here and we won’t be able to retain good talent. Good luck folks, looking for parking, a desk to work at, and drinking lead contaminated water

"Leadership don’t give a sh-t about you"
Astute observation there. Thanks for pointing it out.
It should have been obvious when the CEO told WallStreet that there would be nice relocation packages for the people who were virtual workers prior to Covid, and two weeks later mid level told everyone their organizations were not spending a dime on relocation. The lies just kept getting worse from there... Think about this, the joker that said they were going to let go of more "orchestrators and keep the doers" , WAIT and see percentage wise how many "orchestrators" vs. doers make it through the next few rounds. This is a great place to work if you like people to p-e on your leg all day and then tell you not to worry because its only rain.
“ The haves vs the have nots has always existed. It’s just that this “Leadership” team amplifies it every chance they get. For example, Jeffie going off script and berating the rank and file during his town hall. When people show you who they are, believe them!”
That’s the same Jeffie that when asked in a town hall in the past (when a manager is surplussed) why did the time from notice until off payroll go from 60 days to 2 weeks? His response, “there is no place for you here”.
Who did WFH ?
You will be laughed at for bringing it up.
So assuming posts a1 and a3 have been deleted.

If you aren’t at their level, they don’t feel you are talent, you are just a cost and easily replaced. Remember stank said the cream rises to the top. No john, it sinks, but something that stinks tends to float. Hence where we are.
