From what I heard severance packages will not be offered moving forward. My best advice would be to find something that the salary would comp in a what your severance would have been.
This company continues and continues to be a POS. Don't expect any change period. Find your way out if not retiring soon.
Severance is not guaranteed. They converted me to a contractor with Cognizant and didn’t get a dime. Also lost about 60k in RSU. I left 30 days after they made me a contractor. I worked for FDC for 21 years. Much better job with big CC company.
Doing both. Awaiting va severance and searching simultaneously. Do not trust Fiserv
It takes a long time to find a role these days. I'd start searching now.
