They’ve already reduced so many teams to the bare minimum that it seems almost impossible to make more cuts without hitting a breaking point.

I doubt we'll have cuts any time soon.
Wait. We're cuts announced? When and where?
I genuinely don't understand why management has decided to cut staff while at the same time sponsoring things like WNBA, NASCAR, and golf championships. Wouldn't common sense say to cut back on the PR stunts instead of cutting the employees who actually work to bring in revenue?
Do you think they'll actually happen anytime soon?
We hit the breaking point at the latest with the last cuts. We are tired, understaffed, work for below market value, with ever-sacrificed performance and efficiency.
The company has become so low risk that they aren't making moves that could actually help. And they've tossed so much money and resources into AI that doesn't seem to have made any progress. Kind of a "why are we making or implementing this when all the big tools are already kind of bad and we can't match even that anyway?"
