Good luck on the $40. I am sure HPE would see a net savings paying the $800 mil to terminate the deal and make a new offer. The only thing propping up JNPR stock price is the outstanding offer. $40 is an insane premium right now.

We're seeing the death knell of the acquisition. The timing of Elliot's aggressive buy-in into HPE, the call to remove Neri, and the large amount of puts purchased on JNPR to expire in May are suspicious.
