Great job to the board and EMT making moves needed. Time to clean house, make us efficient bring in real leaders people who respect people in their teams and know how to build, not break. Change is hard, but it’s needed. Some leaders were put in roles they weren’t ready for, and it showed—bad or no direction, no support, and teams left hanging.
The former VP of Strategy is a clear example lacking skills, experience, and had no emotional control. The power trips and tantrums were infamous. People afraid to speak up because pushback was brutal. Toxic leadership crushes morale and slows productivity down, halts all innovation. Leaders like that impacted us financially and strategically (irony). Outstanding move to change that, seek stronger leadership!
