Arnoldi Town Hall Survey

During the Arnoldi Town Hall someone from HR said they will be sending out a new employee survey in June and that they will be sharing the results of the survey. What do they have to gain from doing that survey since they didn't share the results from the last one a few years ago? Any thoughts?

Arnoldi...who eff'd up so bad they had to hide her in AT&T Mexico for the smoke to clear before bringing her back. Useless

The goals I am given are the emptiest and most vapid things I hear all year. Serve customers first. What does that even mean? It is not measurable.

Regarding the last culture survey everyone is referencing, in a January town hall, that question about sharing results was raised. The CRE officer said, and I quote, “The results will not be shared. Leadership used it for its intended purpose”

Looking forward to the visit from my boss who only cares about herself and the repeated threats “the motivational centers are the ones we’ll keep open.”
Last time before the survey she threatened us with it at least a dozen times.
I don’t know why we call them leaders. The last leader we had was run off and demoted for not saluting the toxic yes man culture.

“Bacih talked about some survey and basically said "well, I don't believe that..." to some question about people saying they didn't know the priorities or goals or something like that.”

Nobody should give a rat’s @$$ what “Rich Bi0tch” of any of those corporate toadies say or think. They’ve already shown their true, nefarious nature ad naseum. Like the sage poster says…”they don’t care.”

Make sure you hammer them hard on that survey. Don’t give them anything positive to grab a hold of.

Bacih talked about some survey and basically said "well, I don't believe that..." to some question about people saying they didn't know the priorities or goals or something like that. So if leadership basically thinks the results of wrong in spite of how people answer, what's the point of filling out any survey? Either they bury the results or just claim they aren't correct.

“The last one was a culture survey and they never intended to share the results with the general populous. The one coming in June will be eNPS.”

This is absolutely FALSE. The CEO sent an email out to ALL employees advising results of the survey would be shared.

Keep drinking whatever kool-aid you’re drinking. However, your statement is 100% FALSE, per the email sent by the CEO.

I worked there 20yrs and never commented on any survey but in approx 2021-2022 I commented communications were sounding like "att had something to be sorry about and I don't think that's true." I would mos def not recommend commenting on any survey ever. Unless you want to praise everything. That'd help you.

Don't take the Survey!!
But do access it and read the FINE PRINT.
It is NOT Anonymous.
I think it says HR or The Company is provided the raw data.

They are laughing at everyone. They ask you to fill out the survey so you can volunteer to be targeted in the next round because you express your dislike for leadership. Meanwhile it’s so obvious and straight forward that you are blinded by its simplicity. Rate something low and you are gone. It’s really that simple. They have all lost their souls to evil. If it isn’t obvious by now, maybe you have already lost yours.

Don’t need a survey to tell them how the culture is going and no they won’t release it. They haven’t released the last couple because they were so bad.

This was confirmed in Shelly Lazaro's employee meeting as well. The ENPS survey will probably have questions more framed towards immediate management verses opinions about the company. While I really like my job and immediate supervisors, I am still going to hammer everything on the survey. I am not going to let Stankey and his minions hide behind the questions targeted for my bosses.

" The last one was a culture survey and they never intended to share the results with the general populous"

Stankey himself promised in an email that the McKinsey OHI survey results would be shared with everyone.

And don't do the thing where you try to parse his own words from the email to make it like that wasn't what he said. Because I know this is the same jack wagon that does so very time.

He and all levels of leadership and upper management "strongly encouraged" all non-bargained for to take it, promising results would be shared.

When the results were in, it painted them all in such a horrible light that they simply squashed it.

And they wonder why they have a culture problem.

It is bait. They want to measure how well their misery/attrition tactics are working and identify the biggest troublemakers with dissenting opinions. There is NO upside to completing a survey unless you intend to send a screenshot of your perfect scores and glowing reviews to your VP to ingratiate yourself.

Ignore the emails, do not respond to these surveys. All they are is a way for upper mgmt to pat themselves on the back, and our opinions will not matter a wh-t. The only we-pon we have is complete disengagement from their performative nonsense, and as a bonus the AVP’s get kicked around if their group engagement is low. Need to show upper mgmt that we know they don’t care what we think and that we’re not playing their d-mb game.

There are still surveys from the early 2000's that never had their results released.

We're waiting.

A good opportunity to blast the company leadership if the questions are posed.

The only reason to do that is to show how happy those employees are. It’s a fact that more tenured employees of any company are less happy. Primarily because they see the issues within the company they work for. Less tenured employees, especially new employees are in the honeymoon phase of their employment.
