Where our managers give us a rating . Not the performers feedback but the rating involves how needed we are . Has anyone heard of this ?

you go search for "Critical Skills" om teamworks - they would know you were here!
Any rating you will get paid off anyway
In employee development area I could see how people misconstrue this as tied to rating but is not. Just in general for dept planning I found it only so useful.
If you can’t find the Critical Skills checkbox you don’t have it.
Been told for the last 3 years I am going to get right sized. Still here..
There was a section, I think it was called special arrangements, where my remote status was listed as approved. It had the rationale of “critical function” or skills or something similar listed. That was until I got laid off for location.
Where in Workday is this Critical Skill check is?
I can believe this is true. Transferred to smaller team from larger more productive team. At least one coworker has been told for a year they will be displaced due to location strategy. They are still here in limbo I bet because manager/org needs them more them way more than they need manager/team.
English is not the OP’s critical skill
Yes, there is a Critical Skills checkbox
Aka
They need you more than you need them
Like an product rating? Never heard of it
No, and I'm a manager of managers. Tell me more. Might only apply to certain LOBs?
