Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

What is everyone’s future plan in terms of their future at Wells?

I mean since they are laying people off left and right is everyone going to stick it out. Just curious what everyone is planning .

Staying until I get the axe. 25 years with the company and 100 percent remote.

Milking this company for all the expensive training and anything else they offer right now. Once I get what I want out of them, I'm out of here. Wells Fargo's training and skill development will payoff lovely for the competitor or any other company willing with the right offer.

  1. Don’t get fired before I am on the list
  2. Collect severance
  3. Get job somewhere else
