Can anyone confirm if Wells will try to get teams who are spread out across the country to one location? I’ve heard mixed reports about relocation, timing, and what is offered.

They'll have to "hub" the customers first. Good luck.
this is at the discretion of OC+1. a leader can choose to only have one location. I haven't heard of any going that way though.
Yes, EFT’s CIO sent out an email last week saying that next step is collocation. They are looking for all teams to be under the same roof.

I'm open to going to hypergood or parabolicbad.
Ha...and when has that happened?
They will be all working together in Hyderabad 🤦♀️
Teams will be colocated in the same building and same floor. Remote days and in office days will be assigned to assure enough seating. There will be a sign up sheet to share the cube(s), double occupancy preferred.
This makes my ba--s ache.

Retiring cowardly managers like you who avoid genuine interactions with their employees is the only “disaster” we need to plan for.
Stupidest idea I have ever heard of. I don't want to move to where my employee are to be constantly distracted and pestered by them.
Having an entire team in one location is about as bad of a strategy as a company could have. If that one location gets destroyed with all employees in it, you just lost your ability to perform that group's functions.
Geographically dispersed teams is a disaster preparedness strategy.
What took so long to come up with this basic common sense idea?
Yes. They will be co-located in India.
like everything else around here it will be lob/group specific.
@a2+1jrzrthbk, that is very true. 😂 Wells Fargo "talks" about transparency all the time, but this company has no transparancy at all!
WF lacks true transparency at all levels. Facts about anything are in short supply.
