Average Hours report

The report is NEVER updated by 10 am CST.

If week over week I missed a deadline I would be on a performance plan.

Doing 5x9 provides a cushion and allows for better parking and desk choices.

Give me OT will do that.

We should give the company free time because their stupid report doesn’t work? What kind of p|_|tz are you?

If you do 8 hours precisely , that would be counted as 7 hour 30 mins.

They are not able to calculate average hours for the month , where they have all data.

Changed Jan and Feb data as well.

Such joke and this faulty report will determine who stays and who doesn’t.

Makes as much sense as when they told managers to get a vaccine or lose their jobs. Then when some of them had strokes, they magically decided to scrap the program.
