Probably going to do a RIF and holding out so those people don't get it.
Perhaps your position doesn’t qualify for AIP? Verify in Workday or call HR.
some of us, especially on the front line, received an email last year that our position no longer qualifies for a bonus.

Just had a 2025 bonus meeting and probably 15 questions about AIP for last year…. Payout is the 25th, ask what if it’s not your regular pay day… crickets…. “ your leaders will be getting information in the next couple of days “.. WHAT CLOWNS!!
