AM hired so many new leaders from consulting company with no know knowledge about the customers i.e., Utilities and Municipalities. Strange that he even got the job, and now making it worse.

I don't even know why they have the Smart Energy group around. They slowly choke the business by never investing in it, and they change leadership every few months like that is going to solve anything. Each new person brought in to lead this group is less knowledgeable than the previous one. This business needs to be shutdown already.
This is THE biggest problem at UOP. So many people that call themselves leaders from sketchy backgrounds
AM is a d-mb**s, but the mckinsey clowns in SME are coming from KD's empire building. Don't worry, they will all be gone soon. But the question is how much damage will they do before they leave?
