It’s been tough. There haven’t been all that many options out there, and soon there’ll be even fewer. I’m hoping to find something else before things get worse. I just can’t be here anymore. Not even the pay can justify how toxic Fiserv has become, or how overworked I am. I want to be out before they squeeze the last drop of energy and motivation out of me.

Just do it. I bailed on them and life is working out so far. Applied to 15 jobs last week and already have interviews lined up, but waiting for the bigger paying jobs if these don't work out. I haven't bothered looking remote yet. I have gone into an office all my life, and working at home is great and all, but doesn't really bother me.
I have a W2 contract to perm offer in hand. Fully remote too. A lot more money too amd not nine hours a day in a Fiserv office.
I just left with no job lined up. I feel you. It’s rough out here, but something will come up soon. You have to do what best for you and your health.
