What happened in the IDSA org last week regarding org / leadership changes?

SDes is gone. Never delivered anything worth talking about. VP with no real job.
But other useless leaders remain. Tell me what has SDav done ? Or N-P? Just cool concepts that will never be practical.
Need to remove layers, and need to have teams report or dot line to business units again. This function is now even more useless than with SB, and that is a low bar.
Short answer: not enough! It’s the proverbial rearranging of the deck chairs on the Titanic.
The org is still bloated with far too many management layers, most whom have zero chops or relevant experience as an IC.
The former CA space was largely spared in the last round. Fourteen painful months later, still lacking clarity on our future direction and ways of working.
Enough with the toxic positivity. We are in a war and need to begin acting like it.
I hope HR is reading this. Let IDSA work with the business again. Many people spending months working on projects that will never see the light of day. The organization is completely disconnected from reality.
