What a crock—LinkedIn’s ‘top 10’ is pure BS. They boot Microsoft ‘cause they own LinkedIn, but Charlie Scharf, WFC’s chainsaw king (@qn), sits on Microsoft’s board. No conflict? Right. They say ‘limited layoffs’—no company with over 10% cuts makes the cut. So why’s WFC here? Offshoring to India doesn’t count as ‘layoffs’? (@bj). Rankings kiss up to investment banks—Vault.com tanks WFC 25/25 for prestige. Consumer banks like WFC? Nobody cares when wealth management’s got the gold. Wall Street Oasis skips retail too. Layoffs every damn Tuesday (@j1), yet we’re ‘top’? Rigged as he-l (@bj). Fear runs WFC—speak up, you’re gone. No learning, just chaos and cuts. We need a board tab to track this abuse.

Great question! The survey must not get to people whose jobs have been teetering for years...like those who work remotely or are not in a "strategic" core cr-p hub, or...
Just like a shiny present, from the outside, the benefits and pay and fact WF has been around for decades make the company seem like an awesome place to work. Open that thing up and there's Charlie with his chainsaw.

One of the factors they evaluated in this ranking was "limited layoffs". You can basically call these ratings a load of cr-p. Not many companies in this country lay off companies every other Tuesday

LinkedIn just uses this as an alternate source of income from the companies that pay to be included. They're just as corrupt as any social media site.

There wasn't a survey. This is an analysis that linkedin does every year based on their own data (I.e. linkedin profiles). it's done for employers with 5000 or more employees.

they are detailed about their methodology in the post announcing the results - link below.
scroll to the bottom for their methodology.

It's all rigged. If Department of labor reports unemployment rates by age, you will see the red flag that we replace the old with massive number of foreign worker visa.

I don't click on links unrelated to this forum to give other people clicks who are getting paid for that. Nice try.
