What department is having upcoming RIF?

Seeing so many SNP plans change to non-SNP "Gold plans" plans or other non-SNP plans. Members are down for sure. I forsee a decrease in the SNP-CM's coming sooner than later too.
We are told to take breaks but not allowed to take them.Nobody trusts anyone. Leaders lie to their leaders. This is He-l.
Can confirm Medicare market RIF coming later in 2025. This one will make the market consolidation in 2022 look like a garden party.
While the Medicaid side of the business is expanding like crazy and Humana is taking on many new states.

My department was told we are getting an associate from another department that is having a RIF.
He-l yes a RIF is coming. Working as a Nurse at Humana is like going to he-l for 10 hours a day. The leadership doesn’t give a damn about the staff.
I think every area of Humana is on the verge of a RIF! The ones left to pick up the pieces afterward are then forced to make a decision to pick up the slack or leave for sanity sake!
Medicare markets. Gulf has already seen their home care reviews go to one home and the long term plan for markets to review very little with more value based care and vendors. We saw a consolidation of markets a few years ago and it will happen again.
