Is this a joke? “Culture, innovation and inclusion are top priorities for me, and HPE is well known for the way its distinctive purpose encourages passionate people to drive innovative solutions and unlock the power of AI,” said Stacy Dillow, new Chief People Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. “I take pride in fostering a workplace where team members thrive, and I am very excited to join HPE.” Right up there with Juniper, a total waste of money!

When you have to use your HPE Digital Badge to log into the “anonymous “ , 3rd party website for VOW, that should tell you all you need to know.
It's no secret that the VoW was always a way to spy on the attitudes of HP/HPE employees. A long time ago when I realized that nothing will change based on this employee survey I stopped doing it and you all should too. No one in the C-Suite cares about your opinion.
Unnecessary spending
Dirty Harry said best: "Personel? That's for a****es!"
I’m all for DEI but I just find it ridiculous that we would need a C-suite level to maintain that. It’s such a waste of money that could have saved some more important jobs and helped with expenses for revenue opportunities.
By the way, how can we hire someone who gets paid an extremely large amount of money that can attempt to relate with someone who they’re trying to stand up for that makes far less than her? Reminds me one time when I was a junior engineer and my VP invited all of the junior engineers in the organization out for lunch. She was bragging about how she got a special deal on her Porsche, “Yeah it was super cheap. I got it for $100k.” The room went silent, her not realizing that car was still more than everyone else’s salary. Super out of touch comment.
Voice of the Workforce is a joke - It's anything but anonymous - I was told to fire two people because of VoW comments and offered WFR money to drop a third if I felt I needed to. The culture is toxic, the leadership deliver these messages around WFR, dripping in gold and Versace, yet admitting it's their mistake? How does this work again?
I'm always bemused when 1) There's a hiring freeze, 2) We're cutting into muscle with WFR's, there's 3) No money for travel or professional development or software tooling that requires an incremental spend but .... we can always hire another C-level person and relocate them to Houston. Sigh.
