I have never once seen this man in real life and I have been in many Teams calls with him. Has anyone seen him in real life? Does he hide in his office all day and take a super secret passageway to the parking garage and drive off to his lair?

Houston office layout is different. Each floor is separated into exec seating with office behind double entry doorways, and the other side of the floor is open unassigned desks for the plebes. The execs never venture out to this part of the floor, and they don't have a clue where any of their subordinates are sitting at any given moment. Middle managers are summoned to the execs side of the building for some of the meetings and the insecure ones always act like they have been bestowed with a once in a lifetime opportunity to kiss their king's ring.
Executive presence is a joke in Honeywell.
Other than townhall meetings, nope, you cannot see him. I don't know about Houston, but in Charlotte, they have their own elevators that lead to their vehicles, so not much contacts with us mere mortals. I don't think he will last long, he does not belong to the group of people that are on top and below him....he is surrounded...

I have seen him in Town halls, so he is definitely real. Leadership in Honeywell loathe to rub shoulders with the regular folks, that's why they hide in their offices and never come out. They will summon a middle manager to do their dirty work from their Ivory Towers.
