Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Employee Survey ‘25

Really confused on why they would launch an employee survey. At best you’ll get 3 responses. At worst, you’ll get the same feedback as before and won’t release the results.

Too many workers taking advantage of AT&T for too long. Time to actually work.

The town halls were not to take a pule of employee morale. The town halls were to take a pulse of how close the employees are from revolting. They got the message loud and clear.

“ Leadership already knows the current climate of the culture.”

It sounds like these last two town halls really gave them a taste of it.

Another ‚anonymus’ survey? How much does it cost T to do it by third party? What is the purpose of this survey?

Surveys are for organizers (or more accurately 'data collectors'), not doers. Especially when the results aren't shared, and adjustments aren't implemented.

I doubt we will even get a survey in 2025.

Leadership already knows the current climate of the culture.

Has anyone actually received the 2025 survey? I have heard talk at it but nothing official.

Refusal to submit the survey will be treated as an indicator of resignation.
