Is anyone else’s manager constantly mad because you now refuse to answer emails outside of work hours? I am living for it. They really thought dragging us back into the office meant they had all the power again. Turns out, we did have some leverage - and they hate it.

I’d like to imagine that a good chunk of employees would’ve left by then either through a new job or by quitting. Don’t think people will actually enslave themselves for this sh-t hole and sell their soul.

I would assume the less than 8 are the low hanging fruit right now. Can’t imagine that low productivity won’t be included at some point if it’s not already being looked at. Just a matter of what that bar turns out to be.

Why are you taking company assets home? (Cellphone & laptop)

Company assets should stay on company property unless you want a visit from Asset Protection.

Cant answer it if you don't have it.
