Employee survey anonymous?

Anyone know if it’s actually anonymous.

Assume every survey is not anonymous. Also, it's easy to pair grammatical cadence and tendencies to real people with simple AI analysis. AI will tie your engagement survey responses to your Slack history in about 5 seconds.

It doesn’t matter does it? No change actually occurs based on the survey. Anything change after last year’s survey? No.

The best advice I got at Nike was to deal with any issues on your team away from your manager and tell him everything is great. If you bring problems to him that makes you look bad. Same goes for those surveys - if you have an actual problem figure it out with whomever you need to and give everything the best score on the survey. You don't want to be seen as the problem.

Use AI to change how it is written if that is a concern

Yes but your manager will know how you talk and your pain points. Easy to figure out who said what.

As long as you say everything is great it is.

Depends on your definition of anonymous.

Who does your CFE? that’s the granularity they have.

Each survey has a unique identifier.

Your name won’t be on it but they can trace your feedback to 1 of 5 PLMs in Running Footwear, 1 of 3 Demand Planners in Jordan, etc…

Your bosses can not see the names of who wrote what. It’s anonymous.
