Between Nvidia and Cerner, it sure looks as if Oracle is trying to experience a born again metamorphosis as a new entity, perhaps to make it possible to sell or merge with Microsoft. In the meantime, this born again things end up with multiple labor pains.

In sports, if a team is not performing, it is often faster, cheaper, and more effective to fire the team managers than the team.
