Thread regarding SAP layoffs

LITMUS

So this is apparently a landing spot for ex SAP people , including those who were put on Performance Plans

A lot of dead weight there

Good reason SAP dumped it

Product is total rubbish

But ex SAPers definitely go there for jobs after RIFs

It’s called Litmos and no longer a part of SAP - why is it being discussed here ?

“Litmus is a laughing stock in the industry”

I am not sure what that means?

What new performance stats are you referring to?

If you are on a PIP, you know what’s coming, nonetheless with the new performance stats, it’s obvious that is what is intended, to lay off employees with documentation.

However, everything can change again in three years.

That’s the problem, we have more change which is not productive and your career does not progress and then you are just employed.

If you are fine with that. Great.

I don’t think you wanted to join SAP to stand still.

😳
