Please note you can't vote in the meeting. Employees must vote by May 19th, instructions are laid out in the proxy that is available online for download. It's a great read if you want to be disgusted by the C Suite's salary.
Spoiler: Hans gets 25 mil in total compensation annually plus a 55 mil golden parachute upon separation.
If you don't vote they vote for you. That's how they get 90%+ approval on their excessive salaries and advisements. Everyone needs to vote.
The company execs have no idea who voted how. The proposed board is a DEI dream and they brag about it. The quality of the service we sell and earnings don't really matter to them. Only the number of women on the board. And I'll bet none of them can make a decent sammich!
