Thread regarding BP PLC layoffs

Maybe our culture will start improving at Bpx

Glad to see several of the worst problem creators at Bpx Energy leave recently. Maybe we can start to heal as a company and get things back on track.

A couple of words of advice for leadership

  1. ) Give others who have been here a while and chance to progress our careers
  1. ) No more favoritism
  1. ) You have a couple more toxic ones to flush out. You have HR complaints on them. Make the hard call and pop the pi-ples.
  1. ) Completely Revamp all leadership positions in Subsurface Team
  1. ) That one analyst still needs to go. Really bad culture ki-ler and drama queen.
  1. ) Divorce yourselves from past leadership mistakes and have no more innapropriate relationships with women.

We are starting to head back in a better direction.

Yeah, it's them and everyone here knows it. They went over to Continental with the other CEO bro. They're all friends. Read between the lines when asking yourself why they climbed so high so fast.

There were so many really good people that missed out on opportunities because of them. We need to move on though. Either leave and be happy or stay and try to help repair the damage. There is a lot of work to be done and it won't be easy.

I work here. Who left recently? There's so many that need to go away on that 5th floor and other "Leaders" throughout the building that can't chop their own wood either.

Either way, their opinion doesn't matter. They are trolling calling people id--ts on the reinvent shares post too.
