There are too many words and feelings right now. The leader who hired me, giving me a chance was laid off with this wave after being forced into a promotion, having their direct reports removed, changed to an independent contributor against their desires, and today, laid off after saving the company substantial money thanks to finding system problems that they begged him to look for in the first place. This leader is not only an inspiring presence, but their dogged determination to fix flaws in the company, delivering time and time again on what was asked of them, was disrespected with being laid off. This person is the best leader I've ever worked for. I wonder how many people will follow him out.

I saw him go dark earlier today and had a sinking feeling and this confirms it. I know eactly who you're talking about and once I told our team the whole team needed a moment. The man will always be a legend and a lot of us owe our careers to him time and time again for helping us out and guiding us. Shame on Cigna Evernorth. They set him up to fail and he still committed and was loyal to them.
funny thing I know exactly who this is and yeah he was an anchor for a lot of us here in our office
