Wish we had the other Dell Osso. He is the smarter one. This Dell Osso gonna “SWN” us as he reminds me of Silly Billy. And yes I am from the good ol boy SWN network that landed here at Expand. Bet our Dell Osso does a 2016 SWN layoff this time next year.

Spring is seeing some movement, with new tenants taking over space. Also, there are some long faces on the eXpend and do sh-t group there.

Hey guys…. [checks clipboard] So back to the topic at hand. I’m worried layoffs and stuff. Who has the inside scoop. I’m hearing by Memorial Day. 15%. Probably closing Spring office.
I am sure you all know TB and DL by now. Their reputations are legendary in regards to costing the company millions of dollars and lack of safe operating practices. People have lost their lives because of them. Best of luck working for these two worthless people. Watch your backs!
