So many dedicated, wonderful coworkers have been blindsided, workers who were rated “far exceeds expectations” on their last performance review (including myself) which makes them the top 10% talent. Do not look down on someone laid off from Fiserv but look up as someone that has been hurt and needs another chance to see there is still good in the world. The numbers of those laid off are much higher than you think.
