Any further news about new terminations/layoffs after the terminations that took place in March?

Yes, they are coming like waves at the beach. They always come but some are bigger than others.

“Supervisors are being asked to compile a list of orchestrators versus doers on their team.”

That’s probably solely in/for J@ckl399’s org…since he’s the one who harped on those “roles” & the supposed percentages, etc.

Nothing matters. everybody will be affected. We are going under water. It is like a company that has no sales or little sales. It will be underwater. In the old days it is called a forgot city. Something happens when we can't keep up with the need. Nobody needs phones or internet. It is all bought up. so we will go to the forgot city. hee.hee.hee

Supervisors are being asked to compile a list of orchestrators versus doers on their team.

This very exercise means the supervisor are orchestrating, and you know what happens when orchestrator is asked to orchestrate a task to decide who orchestrates and who does.

Supervisors are being asked to compile a list of orchestrators versus doers on their team. I'm not kidding. I know this because my supervisor was working on a spreadsheet with this info. I guess that this info will be used for additional layoffs in the coming months.
